Keys has the bigger first strike, no current physical concerns and a Cincinnati title to confirm the level. That level arrives in bursts. She dropped the opening set to Snigur earlier in this event, lost first sets to Day and Anisimova at Wimbledon, and in Washington led by a break in the deciding set before losing four games in a row with double faults attached.
Siniakova's summer has been untidier: knee and hamstring trouble, a withdrawal in Toronto, then a doubles title in the same city that kept her return timing sharp. Her serve is the obvious weak point right now, with a pile of double faults and a poor first-serve percentage against Bouzas. She lost that opening set and then played better, not worse.

For the line to fail, Keys needs roughly a set and a half of clean tennis, and clean stretches keep sitting next to error clusters whenever she forces pace from neutral positions. Siniakova reads serve well and changes the geometry of rallies, which is how she beat Andreeva on hard at Indian Wells.
The risk is straightforward: Keys punishes a soft second serve instantly, and a quick 6-2 6-4 exists. One competitive set and a couple of breaks cover the number, and that is within range.
